Living Well with Dementia are delighted to have been nominated for a National Pride of Place Award by DLR County Council. These awards were established to promote and celebrate the best in community development. The awards recognise the selfless efforts of people in making their local neighbourhoods better places to live, work and socialise. We were delighted to welcome the judges to our programme showcase on Tuesday 19th August 2025, and greatly appreciate the nomination by the DLR County Council in recognition of our work and our remarkable team.
